E-invoices into a spreadsheet: Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, Peppol BIS, FatturaPA, Facturae, KSeF, e-Factura. Each invoice is held against the EN 16931 rules by number.
Alongside it: a SEPA payment file checked before the bank sees it — IBAN check digits, the control sum recomputed, and anything that looks like the same invoice paid twice — and CAMT.053 and MT940 statements turned into a table.
Why local-first, concretely
An invoice folder is every supplier a company has. A payment run is their account numbers and what you pay them. A bank statement is every sum that moved, with names attached. These are not files to hand to a web form — and the usual promise ("encrypted in transit, deleted after 24 hours") asks you to trust an arrangement you cannot inspect.
The claim here is checkable in two minutes. Open any of the tools, open the browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and drop a file in. No request goes out. Or load the page, disconnect the network, and use it anyway — it keeps working, because everything needed is already in the tab.
The consequence is also honest: nothing syncs between your devices, and nothing can be recovered if you clear your browser. That is the trade, stated plainly rather than discovered later.
How it is paid for
One payment, no subscription, no per-seat pricing. The free tier is not a trial: every check runs in it, and what a licence buys is bulk export. A tool that hides the errors behind a paywall would be teaching people to ignore red marks.
